The City of Batesville’s progressive thinking is rewarded thanks to recent ballot initiatives, Riverside Park will be redeveloped, allowing for more recreational opportunities, including nature and water play opportunities, a modernized amphitheater, and an events center. The City will also receive a new water treatment facility upgrade. The projects will be funded by an extension of the sales tax, ensuring that Batesville continues to move forward and progress as a community.
