Greenway Office Park

Our team helped revitalize an outdated office complex in Bentonville, Arkansas, transforming it into a cutting-edge, eco-friendly design. The site’s placement along the Razorback Greenway helped to encourage cooperative efforts among the team to focus on the balance between urbanism and nature. Moreover, during the design phase, an extra 28,000 square feet of green space was incorporated into the site, where you can find plant material such as blazing star, blue zinger, and honey locust.

In addition to the gorgeous landscape, there are also features such as native cobblestone planting swales that allow the stormwater to return to the soil more naturally. This space transformed from a cluttered and unorganized set of buildings to a combination of modern design and sustainability.
