This project will enhance the MSU Reynolds College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities with a transformative new facility that supports academic programs and community engagement. Our services include Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration, ensuring a seamless process. The design will incorporate specialty hardscapes, landscape elements, site furnishings, stormwater management, irrigation, and key infrastructure.
The complex will feature modern acting and dance studios, a renovated black box theater, and an expanded scene shop extending to Craig Hall, which will undergo partial renovation. Inspired by the front porches of nearby homes, the facility will serve as the university’s new “front porch” and campus entryway at Grand Street, creating a welcoming, highly visible space that strengthens campus identity and enriches student experiences.
