By limiting traffic through the area and putting emphasis on utilizing multimodal transportation, the site encourages utilizing more sustainable transportation methods as well as an active lifestyle. Residents are still able to enjoy the freedom and connectivity provided by using tradition transportation due to the location of the complex as well as its connectivity.

One of the most unique features of the this site is the use of a street that is only accessible by bike or on foot that gives the complex an interconnected and private feel. Especially the units that happen to face this strip. The connectivity of the complex, however, doesn't stop there. The complex has direct access to the Razorback Greenway. A trail that connects almost the entirety of the Northwest Arkansas area with easy access to Fayetteville, Johnson, Springdale, Lowell, Rogers, Bentonville, and Bella Vista.

EDG's role in helping design this complex was aiding in that connectivity aspect. Making sure that the feel of the complexes landscape melded perfectly with the surrounding environment to give it that seamless feeling while also making sure that the urban design of the complex wasn't lost. Utilizing native plants and a design that preserved significant ecological landmarks, such as the one pictured above found at the front of the complex.
