The impressive architecture, scale, and form of the structures along with the unique positioning of the footprint; created many pockets for refuge, public engagement and amenity spaces that create community for the resident. The exterior space geometries are reflective of the architectural context; although the juxtaposition of the pool courtyard and circle form creates interest and acts as the hub of the development.

Responsible stormwater treatment and monoculture planting design with native plant material from the Boston and Ozark mountains was introduced along with a valiant effort to position the development around key existing trees that truly have a positive impact on the experience of the environment around them but also create a unique atmosphere to the design of the complex. While the space is meant to be stylish and modern, the mere act of planning around these existing landmarks makes the space feel more intentional and purposeful.
