Ecological Design Group (EDG) is a small firm with big goals for transforming the civil engineering and site development industry. EDG strives to put the environment at the forefront of everything we do by implementing unconventional design strategies alongside typical sustainable design practices. EDG was founded by landscape architects who realized the potential of incorporating civil engineering as a foundational element that can elevate the design of site development and infrastructure projects.

EDG’s team consists of Registered Landscape Architects, Licensed Civil Engineers, Landscape Designers, Environmental Engineers, and Construction Administrators. The disciplines of civil engineering and landscape architecture are compliments of one another. EDG succeeds because our teams work collaboratively and efficiently by starting with design and working through the whole development process with design-forward thinking.

That philosophy carries through to how we manage our construction projects and deliver engineering design documentation.
